We had a good time at Huron Baptist Church this past weekend and it looks like we’ll be there the next two Sundays, as well. I shared with them that much of my ministry is geared toward the church understanding the days in which we live. I strongly believe the church should understand that time is short and we should be busy about His work.
This weekend however, I shared some practical ways we can live for the Lord on a daily basis, as we should.
Since our walk with the Lord should be just that, a WALK with the Lord (being a continual one-foot-in-front-of-the-other steady pace), we can continually improve by asking ourselves some questions.
In everything you do, everything you endeavor to do, all the plans you make, all the goals you set, ask yourself some of the following questions…
Does this bring glory to God? Is it in line with His Word or is it morally wrong? Does this help others or hurt others?
If the answers to these questions are all good, then commit it to the Lord.
Psalms 37:5, Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.
What does God have for you…just around the corner?
